King William IV manuscript vellum / parchment British Royal Land Forces military commission / appointment document, boldly hand-signed \”William Rex\” by King William IV of Great Britain / United Kingdom and Ireland, in black gallic fountain pen ink.
This document was signed less than six months before King William\’s death. British royal manuscript military document is original. Royalty document features the wax seal of William IV with a royal British standard coat of arms. Blue tax seal: St. James Court, London, England.
Royal William IV commission is also co-signed by British Prime Minister, Sir Lord John Russell, 1st Earl Russell, as British Home Secretary (18 April 1835 – 30 August 1839).

William IV (William Henry; 21 August 1765 – 20 June 1837) was King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and King of Hanover from 26 June 1830 until his death in 1837. The third son of George III, William, succeeded his elder brother George IV, becoming the last king and penultimate monarch of Britain\’s House of Hanover.
