This Royal Canadian Proclamation is not the original, hand-signed by Queen Elizabeth II (on display in museum); however, it is an original official government issued watermarked copy of the original. This remarkable find is finely printed on original watermarked paper, embellished with gold leaf lettering, as pictured. This is a large format document measuring approximately 24.0\” x 19.25\”. Condition is original. Guaranteed original and authentic. The rarity of this document is extremely scarce.
