DELIVERY POLICY: SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Our dedicated shipping and logistics team works with sellers, shippers and buyers to facilitate deliveries directly to you. We work with our shipping partners to provide a seamless end to end experience for our customers. Please note that delivery methods and times may vary based on purchase type, your location and the shipping service you select at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Currently we offer one or more of the following shipping methods at checkout, depending on your purchase and your location.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: STANDARD & EXPRESS – COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
Standard & Express complimentary shipping for orders has an estimated delivery of 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed.
Complimentary shipping is provided via FedEx, UPS or DHL from the seller’s location to you and delivered to your door. GalleryOFF5th will provide liability coverage for property in transit subject to certain exclusions. Signature is required at delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: INTERNATIONAL STANDARD & EXPRESS SHIPPING
International Standard & Express shipping for orders has an estimated delivery of 7-10 business days from the date the order is placed.
Shipping is provided via FedEx, UPS, or DHL from the seller’s location to you and delivered to your door. Sotheby’s will provide liability coverage for property in transit subject to certain exclusions. Signature is required at delivery. For Fine Art and Interiors please allow an extra 10-15 days for delivery.

We currently ship to over 70+ countries internationally from the US. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, select U.S. Territories and countries.
Items that are shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other fees set by the destination country and are solely the customer’s responsibility. These fees are in addition to the price and shipping cost charged at checkout and are typically collected prior to delivery depending on your destination. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item(s) can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials.

SHIPPING COST
Buy Now marketplace items are offered with complimentary shipping. Complimentary shipping will be indicated on the product detail page, when applicable. For all other items, a shipping estimate will be provided in your shopping cart during checkout.
Complimentary shipping is not offered for international orders. Shipping costs will be determined based on item product type, weight, package dimensions, and final destination.
CHANGING AN ADDRESS ON A SHIPMENT

Note that we may not be able to accommodate address changes once your order has been processed or shipped. Where changes are possible, additional shipping fees charged by the shipping carrier may apply.
HOLDING SHIPMENTS (REQUESTS FOR DELAY OF DELIVERY)
If you wish to delay the delivery of your shipment, please contact a member of our team at [email protected] or call 800.840.3254 to determine whether the seller can accommodate your request. Extended storage / warehouse fees may apply.
MULTIPLE DELIVERIES
Items ordered together may not ship and/or arrive together. Please note that each shipment will be issued a unique tracking number.
